- Install 3097m2 Pattern Imprinted Concrete
- Install 3097m2 of A142 reinforcement mesh
- 3097m2 1200g visqueen to be laid overlapped by 200mm
- 2170m2 internal Concrete to be 150mm in depth and to be C35P
- 927m2 external concrete to be 150mm in depth and to be C25E
- Sealed with acrylic seal
- Sawcuts to be applied at a maximum of 6m x 6m grid
- Fibres and air entrainment should be included
This installation was one of the biggest imprinted concrete jobs to be awarded to us. With a lot of planning, organisation and months of changes, we set to work. Our client had seen an image of the pattern they wanted, this didn’t exist in the UK, we don’t like to let our clients down so the cogs turned and with some imagination and knowledge, we made the pattern ourselves. Through weeks of work on site through the day and night and days off where it wasn’t possible to work with other contractors, we got it completed on time and on budget. A great job all round made even better with teamwork!
